They are now seeking a Talent Leadership Development Manager to deliver customer focused learning and development solutions which build organisational capability through coaching and assessment. You will be based at Head Office and will be highly experienced in delivering leading edge Talent and Career Management and Leadership Development programmes to a multicultural talent pool within a matrix environment throughout the EMEA region.
Contribute to the Talent Management TM strategic plan through delivery of Leadership Development LD and Career Management CM solutions for talent pools
Participate in Talent Reviews to assist with both facilitation and provide LD expertise for identified talent
Assist with the design and preparation of targeted Personnel Development Plans for identified talent
Utilise appropriate internal and external resources in the design and delivery of LD and CM solutions
Implement best practice coaching and mentoring methodologies to facilitate leadership development and career management
Forge strong links with the Executives team to leverage maximum development opportunities for talent
Develop partnership with local and international training providers and educational institutions
Design and implement appropriate evaluation processes to measure effectiveness of LD and CM solutions
Provide LD and CM metrics for TM dashboard management information
Engage in and contribute to the TM roadmap including the enhancement of organizational approaches to performance management and talent acquisition
The Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will possess a track record of at least 5 years within a talent career management and L D role ideally within a dynamic and rapidly expanding international retailfmcg environment. This will include expertise in the design delivery and evaluation of L D programmes within strict budgetary constraints to meet the needs of a diverse cross functional talent pool.
In addition you will demonstrate success with both formal and guided learningwork based learning strategies. The ideal applicants will be university degree educated perhaps in HR Psychology or a related subject. A Masters level qualification in HROrganisational Development would be highly advantageous. Level A B psychometric test certification and a Certified Coaching qualification will be essential to success. A consistent track record within in house talent career management and L D is a prerequisite. The ideal applicant will be able to operate autonomously and within a team. Your CV will demonstrate your success at developing and maintaining highly effective and influential relationships at senior management level.
Ability to research design deliver and measure quality training and development frameworks to all levels particularly senior management leadership level.
Experience of working with matrixcomplex type organisations ideally with an international dimension
Demonstrate a range of Coaching and Team intervention qualifications and training background with relevant qualifications.
